Judith Ramos, Esq., Managing Partner

Judith Ramos is a Partner of Davis Law’s Florida office.

Ms. Ramos grew up in Miami, Florida, and later attended Florida State University, where she obtained a degree in Psychology and Business. She later moved to New York City to attend law school at New York Law School.

Ms. Ramos is licensed to practice in Florida. She focuses her practice on complex dissolution of marriages, child custody battles, child support disputes, paternity actions, and domestic violence issues. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Ms. Ramos is here to fight for you and act as your voice that deserves to be heard, cared for, and treated fairly.

Aimee Garces Niser, Esq., Associate

Aimee Garces Niser is an Attorney in the Miami office of Davis & Associates, Attorneys at Law, LLC., where her practice focuses on child support modifications, dissolution of marriage proceedings, adoptions, and family law-related matters.

Ms. Niser received her Juris Doctorate with honors from St. Thomas University College of Law.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Florida International University. Ms. Niser also received a Paralegal Certification from the Florida International University College of Law.

While in law school, Ms. Niser served as the President of the Moot Court Board. Ms. Niser represented St. Thomas University in the American Bar Association National Moot Court Competition, the Florida Robert Orseck Competition, where she was a quarter-finalist, and the National Moot Court Competition, where she scored one of the top brief scores.

In addition, Ms. Niser was a Senior Articles Editor of the prestigious St. Thomas Law Review Honors Organization.

As a law student, Ms. Niser worked for a prestigious Family law firm and was part of the St. Thomas Appellate Litigation Clinic. Furthermore, Ms. Niser was presented with a Pro Bono Commendation Award from St. Thomas University for providing more than 100 hours of legal pro bono work during law school.
Ms. Niser has worked in the legal field since she was sixteen and is passionate about advocating for her clients.

Michelle Slebi, Associate Attorney

Michelle Slebi is an Associate Attorney at the Miami office of Davis & Associates, Attorneys at Law, LLC, specializing in family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, child custody, and child support.

Ms. Slebi earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2024. During law school, she actively participated in public interest initiatives, gaining significant practical legal experience. As a member of the Human Rights Clinic, she contributed to international advocacy efforts and conducted policy research aimed at supporting marginalized communities. Additionally, she completed an internship with the Guardian Ad Litem Program, assisting attorneys and caseworkers in advocating for children’s best interests in dependency cases.

In 2019, Ms. Slebi graduated from Florida State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a double major in Criminology. Her academic background uniquely positions her to combine a deep understanding of human behavior with a steadfast commitment to justice.

Ms. Slebi is passionately dedicated to serving families and children, bringing empathy, diligence, and robust advocacy to every case. She remains committed to advancing her career in family law, striving to positively impact the lives of those she represents.

Arianna Garcia, Paralegal

Arianna Garcia is a paralegal with over four years of experience in real estate, criminal, and family law.

She joined Davis and Associates in April 2025, and plays a major role in supporting the firm’s attorneys.

Some of her responsibilities include managing client communication, organizing client files and discovery, drafting legal motions, and scheduling court hearings.
