Attorney Brendan Davis
Brendan Davis attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio for his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Loyola University Miami School of Law for his Juris Doctor.
Prior to starting his own firm, Brendan managed a large, multi-jurisdictional consumer law firm. He is now bringing all he learned to his own practice to help secure and protect his clients’ futures.
Davis has helped hundreds of clients over the years and believes everyone should have access to high-quality, efficient, and affordable legal representation.

Judith Ramos, Esq., Partner
Judith Ramos is a Partner of Davis Law’s Florida office.
Ms. Ramos grew up in Miami, Florida, and later attended Florida State University, where she obtained a degree in Psychology and Business. She later moved to New York City to attend law school at New York Law School.
Ms. Ramos is licensed to practice in Florida. She focuses her practice on complex dissolution of marriages, child custody battles, child support disputes, paternity actions, and domestic violence issues. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Ms. Ramos is here to fight for you and act as your voice that deserves to be heard, cared for, and treated fairly.

Aimee Garces, Esq., Associate
Aimee Garces is an Attorney in the Miami office of Davis & Associates, Attorneys at Law, LLC., where her practice focuses on child support modifications, dissolution of marriage proceedings, adoptions, and family law-related matters.
Ms. Garces received her Juris Doctorate with honors from St. Thomas University College of Law.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Florida International University. Ms. Garces also received a Paralegal Certification from the Florida International University College of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Garces served as the President of the Moot Court Board. Ms. Garces represented St. Thomas University in the American Bar Association National Moot Court Competition, the Florida Robert Orseck Competition, where she was a quarter-finalist, and the National Moot Court Competition, where she scored one of the top brief scores.
In addition, Ms. Garces was a Senior Articles Editor of the prestigious St. Thomas Law Review Honors Organization.
As a law student, Ms. Garces worked for a prestigious Family law firm and was part of the St. Thomas Appellate Litigation Clinic. Furthermore, Ms. Garces was presented with a Pro Bono Commendation Award from St. Thomas University for providing more than 100 hours of legal pro bono work during law school.
Ms. Garces has worked in the legal field since she was sixteen and is passionate about advocating for her clients.
Mary Lauren Hammons, Esq., Associate
Mary Lauren Hammons attended Florida State University obtaining her undergraduate degrees in Accounting as well as Finance in 2006. She attended Barry University School of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree in 2009. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011.
After obtaining her law degree Mary Lauren Hammons initially practiced foreclosure litigation and in the area of general contract law with respect to commercial real estate.
Mary Lauren Hammons practice moved to family law in 2020. She enjoys and takes pride in helping those involved in the area of family law and guiding people through some of the more difficult moments of their lives.
Elizabeth Zavala, Paralegal
Elizabeth began working as a paralegal at Davis and Associates, Attorneys at Law, in 2021. She received her Associates in Science for Paralegal Studies in 2018 and has more than seven years’ experience in the legal field, such as real estate law, trademark law and family law.
Some of her duties include discovery review, drafting pleadings, scheduling court hearings, meeting with clients and offering overall support to the attorneys at Davis and Associates.
In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys sewing and vacationing with her loved ones.
Michelle Slebi, Law Clerk
Michelle Slebi graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a double major in Criminology.
As a third-year law student, Michelle now attends the University of Miami School of Law and is expected to graduate in May 2024 with her Juris Doctorate degree.
During her time at Miami Law, Michelle participated in the Human Rights Clinic and will intern in the Fall with Guardian Ad Litem. Upon graduation from Miami Law and passing the Florida Bar, Michelle plans to practice family law.
